WATER FALLS

    The water fall for which the park is named is the most electrifying sight of its type in East Africa, while daily launch trips from paraa offer the opportunity to see a profusion of hippos, crocodiles and water birds including the elusive and bizarre shoebill. An opportunity would befall as you trek through the major established attraction, budongo forest within the national park.

  The major town in this part of Uganda is Masindi which is about three hours drive in a private car from Kampala, then after a series of routes to the falls among which are, 250Km fort portal through hoima, 85Km through the kanyiyo pabidi forest reserve…… All these routes have beautiful sceneries that a viewed along the way to the national park..
