Can I use a credit card in Uganda?

Credit cards are not widely accepted by businesses in the country. There is only one bank which fully accepts credit cards (Barclays Bank). Standard Chartered Bank accepts Visa Cards, and you can use some types of Visa cards in Stanbic ATMs.
